Consultation
We walk your space in person and talk through what's not working. This is where we get a real sense of your budget, timeline, and priorities, not a guess over the phone.
Design
Layout, finishes, and fixtures get locked in before any demo starts. We'd rather spend extra time here than run into surprises once walls are open.
Budget and Timeline
Once the design is set, you get a real number and a real schedule. No pricing is published on our site because every project is different, but you'll have a clear figure before any work is scheduled.
Build
One crew carries the job from demo through install. You won't be handed off between separate subcontractors who've never talked to each other about your project.
Walkthrough and Warranty
We go through the finished space together, and every project comes with a workmanship warranty. (Warranty terms pending final client sign-off.)
