How much does a remodel cost?+
It depends entirely on scope. Most of our kitchen remodels land up to around $100,000 depending on materials and layout changes. We give you a real number after the design consultation, not a guess over the phone.
What's covered under your warranty?+
Every project comes with a workmanship warranty. (Warranty terms pending final client sign-off, to be confirmed before launch.)
Do you handle permits?+
Yes, we manage permitting and inspection scheduling as part of the project for any work that requires it.
How long does a typical project take?+
It varies by scope. A single-room remodel usually runs a few weeks to a couple of months. We'll give you a real timeline once your design is locked in.
Do I need to move out during a remodel?+
Usually not, unless the work affects your only kitchen or bathroom. We'll talk through what to expect for your specific project.
Kitchens
Do you handle the full kitchen remodel or just parts of it?+
Both. Some clients want a full remodel from layout to finish, others just want new counters or appliances installed. We scope the project to what you actually need.
Can I supply my own appliances or materials?+
Yes. Many clients purchase appliances or specific materials separately, and we coordinate delivery and installation around your project timeline.
How do you handle appliance installation?+
We install ranges, ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators as part of the remodel, including the plumbing, gas, and electrical hookups involved.
Bathrooms
Can you convert my tub to a walk-in shower?+
Yes, tub-to-shower conversions are one of our more common bathroom requests.
Do you move plumbing for a layout change?+
Yes, when a layout change calls for it. It adds cost and time, and we'll walk through the trade-offs during your design consultation.
What keeps a shower from leaking after installation?+
Proper waterproofing membrane behind the tile, installed correctly before any tile goes up. It's the part of the job that matters most and shows the least once finished.
